Dear customers, 

 

we would like to inform you that by Resolution of the Management Board #7 of 07.02.2019 as of 01.04.2019 The Tariff for Fees and Commissions of Texim Bank AD is amended More information is available here.

 

With the present, in fulfillment of the obligations under art. 62 of the Insurance Supervisory Commission, this is a two-month notice to Bank's customers (for use of payment services) of forthcoming changes to the Tariff which are not part of the General Terms and Conditions for TEXIM BANK AD under the Agreement for Opening and Serving of Bank Payment Accounts and Payments operations (General Terms and Conditions).

 

TEXIM BANK AD informs the payment service users, provided that they have acquired the changes to the General Terms and Conditions, unless such changes have been accepted before the date on which they are posted. In case that the payment service users do not accept the changes, the Bank notifies them that they should be entitled to terminate the contract for opening and service of bank payment accounts and payments prior to the date on which the change is proposed without bearing responsibility for expenses and damages.

Dear customers,

 

Pursuant to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/576, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) requires the annual publication by investment firms of information on the identity of execution venues and on the quality of execution. It is essential to enable the investors to evaluate the quality of an investment firm's execution practices and to identify the top five execution venues in terms of trading volumes where investment firms executed client orders in the preceding year. The aim is to increase the transparency associated with executing client orders at different venues.

 

According to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/576, Texim Bank AD publishes a summary analysis of its top five execution venues in terms of trading volumes for all executed client orders (retail and professional clients) and the first five investment firms which are given execution orders depending on the class of financial instruments. The report and analysis cover the period from 1 January to 31 December 2018. Both documents can be downloaded through the website of Texim Bank AD.

we would like to inform you that as of 30.01.2019. Texim Bank AD introduces a new "3D secure" service for all VISA cards issued by the bank. The service provides additional identification for bank card payments on the Internet by entering a dynamic (one time) password, providing a high level of security.
